Well the tattoos do vary from being on one and not the other so can only assume more than one has the 2000 tattoo, logical or not 
Look closely and even the number 2 varies in style.
This looks like a fashion thing, when some of the youngsters got their birthyear on them as a tattoo.
Whether it makes sens or not? … god knows.
I think I saw it more than once, but that doesn’t mean, it was on people who “earned” a name yet.
