I know and that was my point. They knew the cam had issues and instead of binning it and using a box cam like the rest they have been cheapskates and thought “Fuck the paying subscribers” @VHTV_James this is not the way to run a business if you want to keep your client base. New cam £70-100, (likely less for VHTV as they buy 100’s) 6 month sub £168, which would you rather lose?
I’m not so sure that VHTV has anything to do with buying the cams, it would be the managers to supply them, VHTV is only the platform
Yes likely the case. but VHTV have overall control. If they see management doing stupid things like the recycling of know bad cams they should get a grip. Well, rant over, and back to radio silence again now, wouldn’t want my posts getting censored by snowflake’s.
I did a ticket too some days ago and it is still not fixed.
I am going to start bombarding them with tickets, it only takes seconds to do, then perhaps VHTV will get a grip of the lazy managers.
@Lillian Please next time you play with your toys face either of the cameras at the sides of your bed, not cam7. Thank you .
Regarding the comment I made above about cam 7 in the bedroom. I see that 69 users have commented on this realm. If you all send a ticket regarding that camera then perhaps the manager will do something about it? It’s worth a try and takes seconds to do, I have even include the link to the support page.
Well the fact that this cam is still allowed to be connected to their platform shows that they don’t have control or simply just don’t care about it. That cam have issues for years and yet seems it’s way easier to replace tenants then cams. Tons of tickets were done about it
Hey @jabbath1987 how’s the Lillian total going only it seems to have slowed down a lot recently, surely she is not worn out having since gone into double figures poor dear
Agreed, and I will open tickets every day until they decide to do something about it.
She is at 16 right now.
