I am only making this post as I am now getting extremely peeved with the poor support supplied by @VHTV_James. I reported that bedroom camera 7 in Lillians’ apartment as it has no audio and hasn’t had it for over 2 weeks. It had audio, which was very good in the beginning. It’s not hard to reboot one of these cameras or alter the settings. If the cameras mic has failed I think we pay enough in subs for @VHTV_James to replace a camera that only costs approx. £70-100. The ticket number is 195491, I would appreciate it if this problem could be rectified ASAP, thank you. Or should I just keep opening tickets until you decide to fix the issue?
It’s the camera from Chuck & Chloe’s it always had problems, so there’s nothing new about that
