Looking at the photos and seeing the bandage around the head, nothing would lead me to think it was surgery to place implants or anything like that.
I can only see one scenario: The sedation method is to make the patient unconscious by repeatedly hitting the patient’s head against the wall.

I don’t think this stiffness of her back and neck is a normal side effect of a boob job. If it is, why would any girl do this? I only hope that, when the final results are revealed, for her it was worth the trouble and she won’t regret it.

Looks like she has through the armpit implants. Less scarring but much tougher recovery.

Wonder what the band aids are about??? Maybe had to relocate the nipples to make them look more natural.

The armpit method might explain why she could hardly move her arms and Papi even had to brush her teeth. Don’t know about nipple relocation, is that anatomically possible with how the nipple is connected to the mammary glands? But maybe they reduced the size of the nipples?

You sometimes see these scars on porn models, I hope the ones I remember are only the botched ones. Let’s keep our fingers crossed and pray to the gods of boob.

p.s. But why go through the armpit if you’re going to cut up the front of the boob anyway?

After the implants, the nipples may be to low, so she got them relocated, The scarring from that is hidden from view from the darkness of the areolae.

Appears that she is more concerned about the final outcome and no scars show.

There are also doctors that insert the implants through an incision in the belly button and then push them all the way to the boobs. OUCH!
