It’s kind of the r__e episode, Charlize prepared the almost inanimated girl for that, but the ones who did it were the other two.
And Tessa as well as Pablo & Lexi knew it, which is why they all wanted him to go to bed. The last time Eric visited, he tried to touch Tessa inappropriately, and tried to get into their bed, Elliot and Eric ended up wrestling on the ground, both coming away with big bruises. Eric and his girlfriend never got invited back after that. This is the first time I have seen Eric since then, and he hasn’t changed one bit!

elliot invited him back knowing what he did before which makes him the catalyst, what man in his right mind would invited someone to his apartment after he tried to get inappropriate with his girlfriend. 
elliot has no morals and people said before that tessa should leave him also lets not forget that almost threesome he tried to do with that guy in the old apartment on the couch when tessa looked completely out of her mind on something.
