It’s easy fix, they just need to leave the lights on when they are watching TV as it doesn’t allow the night vision to activate, and there is not enough light for normal mode. they had the same issue in their previous location, and it was never fixed. I don’t think they care about it at all

Mmm, you might be right, but I still think it has to do with the cameras’ placement in relation to the light source/s. I believe they are using the standard VH cams, unless as you said there is an issue with the software.

I thought that at first too but look at many other places with similar cam placements and the quality is way better. For example here. Cam exposed to direct sunlight. Quality is very good:

Yeah, there is certainly no harm in double checking the cams and reseting their software. But generally they achieve the best quality when the light source is behind the cam, IMO CAM 5 at Yan&Flora’s has the best possible quality of all, as its placement is perfect. That’s why it’s better to have someone with a bit of expertise setting up the cams in the first place

You have to remember that M&H and crew are the blue eyed people with VHTV they probably bring in the most views so more money for them, that means they’ll get the better & more expensive equipment.
