The cameras in Elliot and Tessa’s apartment seem to be on different time zones - I was watching a few minutes ago as Elliot was cleaning away the trash and the time stamp said 9:45 - when Tessa came out of the bedroom I switched to the living room camera and it said 10:45 - switched back and forth a couple of times to be sure I was watching a live feed, and the two cameras had times one hour apart. Maybe the kitchen is in one time zone and the living room is in another
You are quite correct, am glad I went to check as saw Tessa having a shower. 
I checked other +3 apartments, and they are now all 11.00 which matches their bedroom. The bathroom is an hour behind.
