All the living room cams and the bathroom cam in Amelie and lucas place is an an hour off

I sent a ticket 
It seems to lag when watching the live feed but when you go back to record it in the timeline it doesn’t do it 
when the time stops it starts where it left off, it doesn’t jump the few seconds that it stops for.
I have noticed that, even when you get a jump forward, (ie…skipping frames) if you replay it from the timeline it is normally a constant feed. Rather weird eh. Been happening for b___dy months now
Have got sick and tired of writing tickets now just given up.
This has just started for me and others by the looks of it, maybe your not high priority like the rest of us 
Any solution?

Can you please check Alida realm and see if you get only lags there? One minute should be enough.
I just did and everything seems fine. Also going through the timeline is perfectly fine
