Careful with the privacy of outsiders. Fortunately, Ksu had informed him that there were cameras. He did get a very long and at times hot show. They seemed to be having a nice conversation.
i actually had never considered the privacy of outsiders when i took that snap.
Is it our responsibility to look after their privacy ?

Having taken that still from the thread , is it my responsibility not to show the face of anyone not a participant
or is it the participants responsibilty not to show 3rd parties
or is it the whole fault of the third party allowing himself to appear on a cam girls screen on the internet ?

Here where I live it is illegal to display someone’s face without permission. So it is not much of an issue here. In the situation of webcamming, the host has to advise his guests that a cam is on and that they will be seen. At that point it is up to the guest to accept or leave. If the guest is duped then they can file a police report and proceed against the host or even the studio if one is involved,
