Or is just plain stupid.
If a girl is a virgin, then the 1st time should be in beautiful memory. If she is not ready yet, then man leaves it.
everything is different in Russia) and they don’t care if it was the first time or not, they only need sex, but when it comes to it, they are afraid) in general, judge for yourself, I will no longer interfere once you do not believe the words!
I’m already so old, I still knew the Союз Советских Социалистических Республик (СССР).
I understand Russian and have Ukrainian, Belarusian and Russian friends.
It may be that all under 30 especially the men see the Russian girls only as meat. But I was taught other values here. Especially if it is known that the lady is inexperienced.
It does not look that they were taught about sexual consent in soviet schools
And this is how they behaving in most of the time and Realms
Because it is. This is Merriam-Webster’s definition of r__e.
“unlawful sexual activity and usually sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against a person’s will or with a person who is beneath a certain age or incapable of valid consent because of mental illness, mental deficiency, i__________n, u_________sness, or deception.”
This is r__e as defined by dictionary.com.
“unlawful sexual intercourse or any other sexual penetration of the vagina, anus, or mouth of another person, with or without f___e, by a sex organ, other body part, or foreign object, without the consent of the person subjected to such penetration.”
Britannica.com defines r__e as…
“unlawful sexual activity, most often involving sexual intercourse, against the will of the victim through f___e or the threat of f___e or with an individual who is incapable of giving legal consent because of minor status, mental illness, mental deficiency, i__________n, u_________sness, or deception. In many jurisdictions, the crime of r__e has been subsumed under that of sexual assault. R__e was long considered to be caused by unbridled sexual desire, but it is now understood as a pathological assertion of power over a victim.”
The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) defines r__e as…
“The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.”
From kidshealth.org.
“R__e is f___ed and unwanted. It’s about power, not sex. A r____t uses actual f___e or violence — or the threat of it — to take control over another human being. Some r____ts use d__gs to take away a person’s ability to fight back. R__e is a crime, whether the person committing it is a stranger, a date, an acquaintance, or a family member.”
From ther__efoundatio.org…
Whether she wants him or not, and that’s quite dubious, coming from someone defending an alleged r____t, is totally irrelevant. If she does not give her consent, it’s r__e.
I’m not saying he r__ed her because I didn’t see it. I’m just trying to put some context and perspective into your mind. Wake up.
In civilized countries such as Sweden, if the victim did not affirmatively say yes, then it is considered r__e, this also applies to marital r__e.
Here under Canadian law, the criminal law talks about sexual assault rather than r__e , which also cover unwanted touching , kissing. Those are all prosecuted under canadian law in the same category as unwanted penetration.
Having sex with a _____ woman is also considered legally a r__e in North America
Sexsomnia (lat. sexus - “sex, sex” + lat. somnus - “s___p”) is a mental disorder in which a person has sex or other sexual activity during s___p. Sexsomnia is considered a variation of somnambulism. It appears in both men and women. A characteristic feature is a phase of s___p without rapid eye movements (English) Russian. This state should not be confused with the well-studied sexual activity during normal s___p - nocturnal emissions, erections, orgasms during s___p.
With sexsomnia, sexual actions occur in an u_________s state, the person is not aware and does not remember what is happening. Sometimes a memory is possible, but it is usually experienced as a sexual dream. This does not allow such actions to be considered crimes, even if, according to all other signs, they could be classified in this way. There are precedents when the diagnosis of “sexomnia” allowed the charges of r__e to be dropped[
Erotophobia (from other Greek ἔρως - sexual love and φόβος - fear) - obsessive fear, fear of sexual intercourse.
It occurs in men in the form of psychogenic impotence, but more often in women, and accompanies disorders such as anorgasmia and vaginismus [1].
Erotophobia includes not only the fear of sexual intercourse, but also the fear of sex scenes and discussion of sexual topics [2]. As a result, there is aversion and dislike for sex.
Look like everyone now start googling about rules and laws related to countries and start pasting here…
You can try and justify it any way you like, the bottom line is, no consent = r__e.
If it is as Kevin says it is, where the girl wanted him but the discomfort was because it’s her first time then i’ll give the guy the benefit of the doubt. That being said, if a girl has her face in her hands, maybe don’t have sex with her. Nothing wrong with a little patience and waiting until she is 100% percent comfortable. Both people involved will be better for it
Still waiting for your apology @Lennie185278. Your refusal to apologise shows you are anti gay.
Just catching up… watched the whole episode twice. Yes, her hands were on her face for being “exposed” if you will. I am the biggest proponent for women’s rights in these situations. There was never any resistance put up by her… if there were I would have pounced all over it. There was reluctance, trepidation, etc. … all consistent with a first time venture, but NEVER any resistance. You may or may not like what you saw, but hopefully on sober reflection you will see it again. Was she unsure? … yes. Did she resist?.. no… So, please everybody… stop cutting/pasting dictionary definitions of something that did not happen. If it had, I would have been first in line to condemn. The Petra situation at JTIK comes to mind where @VHTV_James deleted the whole incident on the timeline so that it “never happened”. Not the case here…
