In civilized countries such as Sweden, if the victim did not affirmatively say yes, then it is considered r__e, this also applies to marital r__e.
Here under Canadian law, the criminal law talks about sexual assault rather than r__e , which also cover unwanted touching , kissing. Those are all prosecuted under canadian law in the same category as unwanted penetration.

You can try and justify it any way you like, the bottom line is, no consent = r__e.
If it is as Kevin says it is, where the girl wanted him but the discomfort was because it’s her first time then i’ll give the guy the benefit of the doubt. That being said, if a girl has her face in her hands, maybe don’t have sex with her. Nothing wrong with a little patience and waiting until she is 100% percent comfortable. Both people involved will be better for it

Just catching up… watched the whole episode twice. Yes, her hands were on her face for being “exposed” if you will. I am the biggest proponent for women’s rights in these situations. There was never any resistance put up by her… if there were I would have pounced all over it. There was reluctance, trepidation, etc. … all consistent with a first time venture, but NEVER any resistance. You may or may not like what you saw, but hopefully on sober reflection you will see it again. Was she unsure? … yes. Did she resist?.. no… So, please everybody… stop cutting/pasting dictionary definitions of something that did not happen. If it had, I would have been first in line to condemn. The Petra situation at JTIK comes to mind where @VHTV_James deleted the whole incident on the timeline so that it “never happened”. Not the case here…
