Are there different Laws in Russia about tattooing someone? In the UK it is against the law to tattoo someone, other than in a controlled, sterilized environment and must be done by a Registered Tattooist, on their Premises. Personally and speaking as a Nurse of 37 years, I think whoever the Girl is, that is letting that guy tattoo her leg, in a living room, which is anything but any of those things mentioned above, is nuts.
