I have a thought. If you’re not looking for an argument, maybe you could start by not insulting people. Calling someone pedantic is, by definition, an insult.

This is over and done with, so I don’t know why you are taking it upon yourself to start it up again. Dear oh dear. 
You can do whatever you want, “dear”, but an insult is an insult. Usually, calling people names or labeling them in an unflattering manner is insulting.
BTW, this is an International forum and there are 24 hours in each day, which means there are also 24 different time zones in the world. People read, post and reply to this forum from many different time zones, which means many people don’t see your posts at the very moment you post them. In other words, you may get replies to your posts many hours after you post them, or even the next day or later.
