Cam 16 should be moved to get a better view of the shower.
Why was it ever moved from here this is a fantastic position for it.
I think it was moved because the cam couldn’t see the rest of the room.
But now there are 2 cams in the room, there is no reason why they can’t go back to this for the shower and have the other cam seeing the room outside of the shower.

No! Whatever they do, keep cam 15, it’s great as it is.
My vote would go to moving the new Cam 120 to where ed2 said in his picture and moving cam 115 back to it’s original position looking down into the shower.

If they manage to do so without putting up a black box, then I would agree, but I doubt they’ll be able to do that. The toilet is too close to the shower. If not, keep 115 as it is.
I prefer to have the original one and move the one they added today into the shower the black boxes makes my skin crawl i hate the sight of them.

That would be my preferred option as well.
And to stop them hiding they don’t need another cam. Next hiding offence = $100 fine, if they hide again a $200 fine, if they hide again a $400 fine. They’ll soon stop hiding when they realise they won’t be getting any money from VHTV.

Fines is not really a good solution on an issue like this either. It will just end in them not inviting guests anymore, and that’s the opposite of what we want.
And in case it’s not achievable would just decreasing black square size be acceptable? Frankly speaking I don’t know why it’s that big 
In case it’s not achievable I would just keep cam 115 as it is, and put up cam 120 inside the shower cabinet instead.
