Not your fault. Yes the guy is Ulrick. I was writing because at least one of the operators often does not care about names and names everyone “guest” 
Comment was for him to leave this one alone 
I saved it again. Even when our “special operator” already saved it as “guests” 
I asked VHTV to remove the wrong one.
Sorry that my request causes such a hassle. 
Not your fault. And not the only case where the names did not get used.
