Because simply that’s a way of bullying. It show lack of manners from your side. You want to demote someone in a very uncivilized way. There is hundreds of things you can use to tease and show your dislike towards him. But using your way it’s just horrible. There are certain things that it is not in our control and we shall not “insult” on those things i.e big nose/big ears/ missing tooth/
