Not sure what you call clickbait. They haven’t promised anything happening now but only some kind of explanation/excuse for not happening. I would say that’s quite the opposite of a clickbait. IMO

Of course people will watch what will happen there now before the relocation. That’s some kind of clickbait. Not saying it’s bad or against some rules. Just an interesting strategy to take note of
