I don’t think they have made any noise to piss off the neighbours to warrant a move unless the landlord doesn’t like the cameras 
Yes, that’s true, there wasn’t any noise, the place is kept very clean as well. Who knows, they have their reasons…
I hope the new place might be more lively, some people visiting, maybe some parties and activities. I don’t expect anything more from them (sexually i mean). But surprises can happen
