Yes now we have the oops message on all cameras in all apartments.
Maybe finally a reason for them to get rid of the oops messages until it works as designed

Can you (Not you personally but the team) please review the process of displaying this oops messages? As the system clearly has flaws why not revert back to showing the spinning circle for really not working cameras…

The oops message is displayed when there is no stream, now all cameras have no stream. Earlier it was loading spinner, same behaviour just different outputs

i think i must be special , because everytime someone on here says theres a problem with main site . i dont have any problems or at least i dont see them ???
Yeah but lately the oops message is displayed for some minutes basically randomly per camera and then the camera is working again. Usually the camera is working again so quickly that the issue is no longer there when submitted a ticket.
Right now the issue might be something else though 
We keep a special server for my dear Lazurus personally for 100% perfect experience

Occasionally, a piece of equipment with several random cameras may freeze. This was also happening before, and though we are working to prevent it, the issue is hard to diagnose due to its quick occurrence. It’s unrelated to the spinner system and could appear as slow loading when there was a simple spinner. However, we are constantly trying to find a way to improve it

I believe this started around 20 min and was over by 37 I guess
Sorry, our admin is too good and reacts instantly, and also fixed everything really quick. Love working with great people
