That is all true , what you say , but the fact remains that it is offal and therefore of inferior quality . Edible, yes, but no more!
the quality is just as good as the rest of an animal. but most innards just don’t have a good reputation. liver is still accepted by most people, heart, kidneys, stomach and other parts have a ‘yuck’ factor, actually unjustly
Perfeito. Aqui no Brasil, em alguns estados, são preparados pratos típicos de excelente qualidade. Como por exemplo: um angú a bahiano, que preparado com iguarias (vísceras de alguns animais), ou um churrasco com fígado na brasa ou um espetinho de coração, principalmente acompanhado de uma boa cerveja.
