From the comment Kostija made, it was not an issue of Kostija being angy. Kostija was not angry. I do not know if he was making reference to the kissing incident in the corridor or not. It may have been. When they talk, they of course never use names assigned here such as Palmer or Bruno. They refer to each other by their real name. Kosija’s point was: imagine if I had confronted that individual, imagine the outcome. Clearly he was trying to say that this individual is way too important here to be confronted by someone in his position. Indira understood the point very well. This was not some petty jealous scene.

It is great to see Kostja and Indira happy and talking to each other in the kitchen this morning. It appears that the incident of last night is now behind them.
Reading the posts above I am more and more inclined to believe the incident that made K come home few hours later after Indira happened last night at the outside gathering, although Indira’s acceptance of _____en Palmer’s advances (if that what it was, and she may have liked it) the day before, could also have something to do with Kostia’s reaction.
Shana although played with Palmer for a while, perhaps because being more experienced with _____s than Indira, in the end pushed him away playfully but assertively several times. _____ or sober Palmer’s presence is indeed disturbing but on a rather small scale.
Kostja’s arrival late and unhappy raises all kinds of speculations, but it is yet another mystery that we may never know for sure.

Lost count of how many times I’ve thought about Ockham’s razor while reading about this endless saga in different topics, but you beat me to it with a post 
Kostija was not angry in the sense of having a temper tantrum. He was severe in the argument he presented to Indira would be more a more accurate description. Kostija has a deep voice which often comes out muffled. Bu the general sense of his argument was clear.
Talking happily the day after happens all the time (after disagreements especially) and is something we all like…but does Kostja need to be so nasty towards Indira in the first place?
I think we only interpret his actions as being nasty, to her, if we understood the conversations, it could be very thoughtful and insightful and not nasty
