Tejo probably didn’t eat enough sweet rolls which resulted in him not having his usual energy and stamina to give to Indira. Usually, he is quite the fuck machine.
He may also have been caught of guard and came to early from the excitement of getting to fuck Indira again. He came super fast when Elisha surprised him by asking him to fuck her too.

I do not think that was the reason. Tejo, who is not the worse guy understand the dilemma K & I have - I am quite certain that this 4-some was prearranged. My comments were all jokes. I was responding to @JeVeuxVoirTout whose comments were also humorous. I gave one of the reasons Tejo had trouble fucking was due to him not eating enough dessert. 
I thought I was making it obvious my comments were silly and for fun. 
I got the joke. But I my opinion, Tejo is being more of an ally of K & I than just someone who wanted to fuck Indira. Effectively he was recruited for a brief, symbolic fuck to placate those who are making demands that Indira fuck anyone but Kostja. Had this been a real swap, Kostjia would have been encouraged to fuck Jirina. At no point things were going that way
