And for my money I can go to one or all realms, and it is not your business to tell me where I go and whom I am interested in.

I am totally fluent in Russian and I get to speak it every day.
That does not mean that I know every word that is being said by the participants. Often there is music noise to drown out words. Kostjia often mumbles. Often the most interesting conversations are half-whispered. Often they talk and use names of individuals, their real names, not the names we use here, and it is not always clear who they are referring to.

The events of last night bring up another “may be” explanation.
May be it’s not all Kostja’s fault. Maybe it is Indira that did things that they talked or agreed that she will not do.
Kostia’s interfering and getting unhappy with Indira making out with Shana:
-Maybe she/they agreed that she will not let the other bisexual women to close to her, because that can be a set-up and things can easily get out of hand ( as in Elisha, Jirina preps )
Kostja’s may also be unhappy about Irina’s habit of chumming up to strange/new men:
-This may cause another Bruno situation and last nights man may have been T&J’s guest uninformed of limitations.
Indira’s strong effort, judging by body language this morning of trying to please and appease (умиротворять ?) Kostja, makes me think that she knows that she was at fault.
