I wouldnât call it an extra room, more like a cupboard. If you look at the kitchen wall by the window where the brickwork is. its about the same as 2 fridge widths 1200mm, then looking at the bedroom recess in the kitchen its about half the bedroom wall, so about 2000mm. If you allow for the panelling then the room/cupboard is about 1 x 1.8M. Just enough to keep the vacuum cleaner and brushes in, but agreed it could be used for other nefarious activities.

I think that your bedroom line is in the wrong place, the bedroom door folds completely back with a gap to the wall. I think your line needs to be closer to the wardrobe shadow. The trouble is the hall camera does not give an accurate view, due to the lens, which is why I used the kitchen view as being more representative. Anyway who knows, there is a difference but what size is debateable.

I think the bedroom is about 4mâŠ
The kitchen wall is about 3,20. The wall where the TV is has the niche for the fridge. But it is shorter than the wall where the stove and dishwasher is. So we have roughly the same measure here when you consider the fridge to be 60cm and include the niche.
The width of hallway is about 2m. The edge there protrudes about 1/5th of the width. Makes 40cm.
So now we can do the math. Bedroom (4m) - Kitchen (3,20m) = 0,8m + 0,4m makes 1,2m of area we canât see
Which equates to 2 fridge widths which I said earlier. And if you remove the stud board wall thickness, the internal dimension is about 1 metre.
