First time I seeing this type of problem…… if it happens to you then it can happen with anyone…

I guess somebody messed around with your email account. I advice you to change password ASAP…
yes it’s terrible and don’t know how many hours I’ve been going crazy - they said we’ll ask the managers but still no answer

and this stupid problem has definitely happened to me, the unluckiest person in the world.
the problem is that Verotel has blacklisted my card that I have been using for months, maybe years (without asking me - without verifying - according to its own mind)
Verotel staff must be bored and have blocked cards out of nowhere - there can be no other explanation because ( because there is no purchase record - request )
and now they’re not blacklisting either - i said i can post My ID card w credit card - all my passwords have changed and secured by the bank
Sorry to hear that. We will definitely send them an email in regards to this case, but, as you may expect, banks and other companies running finances are pretty hideous about their techniques and the way compliance works. You never know if bank accepts you as a client and they can even drop you off anytime they want. And you will never know the reason why. Just because if you know the reason - everybody would know how to bypass their antifraud-like detection systems.
But there are many cases when such techniques lead to false-positive results which may happen in your case. I’d suggest re-subscribing with SegPay if it fit’s you better, or just using different card. We can also process PayPal via SegPay or directly via us.
Thanks, SegPay seems to be the only option at the moment but I’m still in contact with Verotel because I was doing all my shopping through Verotel, every time I tried to shop with SegPay I had a problem and I want to unblock my Verotel card, I say I can prove everything - they say no. Like a joke.
