I agree with a lot of what you wrote. I also made the comment that Indira and Kostja may not be made for each other. Indira will need at some point to chose between the VHTV lifestyle or Kostja.
Someone like Mikl, in this lifestyle would have been a better choice for Indira. Indira has no problem making out with Henry or anyone else in front of Kosttja. At the same time Kostja is not capable of making out with a woman on front of Indira. He also appears incapable of swapping in a foursome when Indira is involved.
