I do not believe that K & I were an act. I heard them talk from the beginning of their relationship. It appeared like Indira was terrified to loose Kostja. I recall some of the conversations were quite dramatic, full of tears on the M & M loggia. Kostja would lecture her, provide support, advice, guidance, calm her down.
Well it looks like it ended during the out period!
We do not know that for sure, not having access to their private conversations and unable to see them outside of the H & M parties environment.
If I wish to take a contrarian view, I could say the following: It was always a weird relationship on account that Kostja could not get into swing. On the day of the gang-bang, Indira could have prevented Kostja being kicked out from the H & M bedroom. But she accepted for him be ejected. In my mind, that is already a very bad sign. No consideration for her boyfriend. I just mentioned in previous message of crisis and tears on the M & M loggia. Next thing that happened was that K & I walked into the ongoing orgy. The way Indira threw herself into the pile was absolutely unique. Never seen anything like it. However wanted could fuck her from behind. Then Indira and Mikl start a bit of flirting while Kostja is fucking her. She gets Kostja’s permission and starts blowing Kostja.
