Go back to the 30 day premium reduction ‘deals’ (such as they were) and some of us MIGHT be a little more interested! The 90 day ones and worse still the 180 day ones, are frankly useless to some of us.

Apologies for the blunt tone of this message but I really am very irritated by the fact that you changed things the way you have, thereby not helping certain members of your PAYING audience at all.

100 percent agree especially long term customers who like the 30 days purchase ive been here since 2019 and i have always used the 30 days it would be nice to get a deal once in a while

I always go for the 30 days, cancel immediately (simply to avoid any overcharging if I decide I don’t want to go beyond that time, although I usually have done) and then decide what do when I reach the end of the subscription.

The discounted price was very useful, even for such a short time such as the month.

i agree. they should grant things like ‘yeah…you have one year premium. we say thank you with 15 days free’.
two years … 30 days, 5 years … 60 days

i’m one of their target group. never had a sub and just registered here.

i allready thought about. i still hesitate because verotel and my card do not match and the fact, that is recurring. just 3 month test 1 time payed would be the right thing for me.

Thank you! I’ll think about this option — you might be right, and it does seem more profitable.
However, if you take a look at our pricing, you’ll see that paying for the full year (12 months = €383.95) actually costs less than paying monthly for just 10 months (€39.95 per month). So essentially, by paying for the whole year at once, you’re getting 2 months for free. ^^
