As I understand it, it has to do with the credit card companies who don’t want to see alcoholic beverages on the site. It’s also why certain words are censored. If the rules are viol ated, the credit card companies could pull their services from VHTV.
I think @Bandaids could explain it better, as it also happened on a forum he used to moderate.(I think it was Bandaids.)

Yes that’s it in a nut shell. As I’ve mentioned before, I use to be a site moderator years ago at a now defunct web site that was the grandfather of sites like CB and VHTV. It was a lot worse than it is today with what CC company’s allow today! You couldn’t even have a pet being seen on cam/video, CC company’s viewed it as possible bestiality. You couldn’t even show someone sitting on a toilet. Just to mention a few, We also had a archive of thousands and thousands of videos. All categorized similar to porn tube sites. When the CC company’s suddenly came down with all these new rules and we had to vet every single video (from start to finish) to ensure that there was no violation of any of the rules…like a cat showing up in a video for 2 seconds! And the video(s) had to be deleted, we had a date this had to be done by or that would have been it (the end of the site). All the videos were uploaded by what we called “Producers (they produced content)” like Participants here. The new rules went out to all the Producers. We had to vet all the old and new videos coming in (before they went online. It was one hell of a job! And trust me, you can most definitely get an overload of porn!
CC companies, their investors set rules as long as they met at least the minimum set by the government(s). And some of the BIG investors (who hold most of the power) have strong religious backgrounds! So, I think one can safely guess where some of these rules come from.

Looks like Merry and Henry showed up at Carolyn/Merida’s place. There’s a bunch people there, including creepy toe guy. He’s been following Merry around like a puppy and always glancing at her.

Well things may well be decided tonight. I’m going to make a wild guess here…if they haven’t pulled the plug on Shana within the next 24 hours she’s going to be here for a while yet. As I’ve said soooo often “time will tell”.
