they wasnt the guest accidently unplugged the router , she was there on her own , so wasnt aware , as soon as henry recieved notification he returned home and plugged it back in , so no need for dramas

we have trading cards , they are found at the beginin of every realm topic , except in henrys case its at the top of part 3 (cough cough) @jabbath1987 . you will find them under these headings Participants, their pets & significant guests (New Directory) - Wiki - Voyeur House TV Forum and if they are not in the deck then they aint got a status yet 
I donât think it was accidental because it was disconnected for almost 4 hours, not 10 minutes or an hour.
henry was asleep at miras during that time , when he woke up he checked his phone saw the notification , got dressed had a cuppa then went home to sort it out , so yes it was accidental, this was the moment he recieved the notification
remember not everything is a conspiracy , accidents happen
