I’m curious how you know it was an imperative statement, since someone else said it. As translated, it’s also a valid observation of what Henry was doing, i.e. “Henry gives everything (to Mira)”.
In order to be a valid imperative statement, it would require a comma after Henry, since you’re commanding Henry to do something. But, hardly anyone uses punctuation around here, let alone correct punctuation.
I speak “Afrikaans”, and it was a wish for Henry to give everything.
Gramatically it is an “imperative” if you want someone to do something.
And that is what the german term, this translation referrs to, said.
Henry gib alles. means: Henry give it all (i.e. what you can)
Henry gives all would translate Henry gibt alles.
And on turkey, as in cold turkey, because Henry hadn’t fucked Shelia for a while.
