I think you may be mixing up the girls.
Janita was wearing a black dress at Shana’s birthday, and is wearing different clothes every day, when she leaves the house, I guess for working.
The pink shirt is her “I-am-home-feeling-cozy” shirt, like others have their favourite pyjama.
Since she has to get up early in the morning, and Henry preferrs to have guests till late at night, she is mostly going to bed early and stays in bed alone for most of the time, and the lovelife is limited, as she doesn’t like to be naked under cams.
Maybe not the best basics to live in a project like VHTV, but “… whatever floats your boat …” It is their life, and they have to get along. Let them have it, watch it, or watch others.

Mindy has had more than one “Henry-managed” realms.
I have only seen few occasions when Henry tried to approach her sexually, and Mindy always politely denied.
She is in a “classical” relation with Semvil, and not fucking around with others a.f.a.i.k.
For Henry, sexually, Mindy is a “no-go-area” so far.
Nonetheless Mindy is not camshy, dancing naked and fucking in front of cams, just not with Henry. People can know, like and respect eachother without getting sexually active. So far between Henry and Mindy I haven’t seen more than a slight kiss without meaning.

I know,
in the beginning it was tried to avoid similar sounding names or doubles. In the development, some participants brought names in that already existed in the project, and the number of guests to be named got bigger and bigger.
Also, in real life you may know some people who have the same given name, just because they were popular at the time, so basically it’s not unusual to have people with same or similar names, just in the project it’s sometimes difficult to differenciate between two Marias, Pauls, or Sophias and so on.
Sometimes it just makes sense to use the right names, to avoid misunderstandings.
And if they are marked with an emojy, like or 
it’s easier to understand if it’s meant serious or just a hint.
