I see there is something in front of the guest room cam (cam 12) pretty well blocking the view of the room.

Looks like a rubber toy whale or a rubber boat to play with for fun only. 
Could it be one of those light reflector things with the cover on it?

Participantas sometimes use them along with ring lights if lights from the normal lamps in apartments are not good.
Possibly she is genuinely hungry.
