and difficult to see them as guests in other apartments…are just the two of them alone in the house before the presence of klaus… trisha was often a guest in other apartments…

it seems that in russia at least for vhtv apartments the participants leave the lights on in addition to the heating even when no one is home if I had to do that in my country (italy) I would have to take out a mortgage to pay the electricity bill and I won’t tell you about the heating costs…

You can also use the TV with a program. This keeps the cameras “busy” and they think that something is going on there. So there are also site visits.

In most of their major cities they have a centralised power station that heats water that gets pumped directly to homes it dates back to the soviet era and they all pay a fixed price weather they leave it on 24/7 or not lucky fuckers

I don’t think they even have anything like thermostats or anything like that there. Just full heating on or off.
And some of the heating pipes are not insulated either. The rooms are heated even when the heating is switched off. And the heat is regulated via the open windows. As paradoxical as that sounds. I once saw this in Poland. They had the same district heating systems from the Warsaw Pact era. But I don’t know whether this is still the case in the newer houses today. The only thing I’m sure of is that heat or electricity doesn’t cost much. Probably subsidised by the state.

yeah your right the window is the thermostat and a lot of the old eastern block countries use the same system I also think some of the nordic countries may use it also the power stations are run on logs and are only turned on for the winter months it provides really cheap central heating for the citizens lucky fuckers
