I think you’re seeing too much ‘drama’ here.
Henry & Mira have been married for a long time and are also business partners in all the flats they run.
Seeing which person fucks which other person brings in viewers.
Henry loves to have sex with just about everyone. It took him a long time to really have sex with a few of them, but I think he’s had sex with everyone in his flats apart from Queen.
…as far as camera-sex goes. We all don’t know whom else he fucked when not in one of the cam-places. JMO
Do you want him to wear a Go-Pro with 24/7 surveillance on his head?

2nd what we see is not 100 % of the “real life we are allowed to follow”
Some people are addicted to some participants, thinking this is their real life and in some cases desaster. Be it an italian Henry-lover or a german Mira-lover.
I also have a favour for some characters within VHTV, but I am aware, that they are all adults, who can leave any time they want, do what they want with whoever they want, and get good money for whatever they do under cam. I remember that a few years back, once or twice a year, the realms were all empty, as if they had a gathering or realm-party or just an off-cam-fun-night,… … to laugh their asses off about us.

I am not even close to having a Go Pro camera myself to be perfectly honest. So I would never have it in the first place. 
Henry had one at several parties, Koen as well, may be Koen used Henry’s.
He could use it when he goes to Pia and plays without VHTV cams.
Henry also had a home camera which was not a Go Pro. Which Mira confiscated. So he was not able to use it at some home parties on camera.
