I don’t think the emotional outbursts necessarily have anything to do with the relationship.
There can be many reasons.
There is also a military conflict in Europe. Where perhaps one or other of the participants could be more affected by acquaintances, friends or relatives. And may have read bad news.

Last night it seemed like something had happened earlier in the appt. because Henry & Jutta both kept looking back at the video from earlier of the living room & hall.
Partly depends on her stamina and patience, pal. No doubt.

Absolutely agree, this was my thought as well. I’m sure every single participant has been affect in some way by this tragic uncalled for war one way or the the other. Some in small ways others in a huge way. But this may have had noting to do with the war or the interpersonal relationship(s) within the house. There are a number of reasons why she was so upset. We will probably know unless we have a translation of what’s been said. But non the less this is real life as it plays out.
