actually we were always taught… it stood for PRE Midnight…
easier to remember this way
Now double checking, sweet Wendilicous has always had a bit of something to grab.
but I agree, it seems that she has gained a bit:
I’m retired military…the 2400 hour clock works for me lol But yes I understand what you’re saying.
I prefer the 24 hrs count, leads to less misunderstandings imo.
the other 24 people who were there before have already disappeared…
Absolutly correct!
PM is pre midnight. AM is after midnight.
I’m going off topic for a moment if @jabbath1987 will allow me…but the 12/24 hour thing I went crazy buying a digital desk clock on temu…I lost at least 10 hours of my life trying to set it to 24 hours instead of 12 of course the instructions were in 12 languages except Italian…
Except Italian. Then I am very sorry for your language problem. I actually do prefer the 24 hours cyclus. I always disliked the 12 hours cyclus. Just the way I am.
after 10 hours I learned how to set a digital clock the fault is mine (English is now the m____r tongue)…
I have to say I am sadly not very steady in Italian. So every time you actually speak the m____r tongue language I have to translate it.
I many times when I write sentences in Italian then translate them into English…but if I see that nothing is understood I change words so that when the sentence is translated users can understand what I mean…
It would not have been difficult if I had been a native Italian. People actually say the same thing about norwegian strangely enough maybe. It is a difficult laguage to understand and learn That is why I am using english here. Because nobody would have understood norwegian. It would be very hard and cumbersome if everybody would have to translate everything I am saying all the time you know.
In the respected time it’d be at midnight
You are most probably and most definitely right. I always bow to larger experts than myself. As I always say.
I feel honored.
That picture surely does not look invigorating to me.
It looks like reanimation necessary…
And I’m not talking about you.
