Yep a pretty good summing up pal and i agree with all you say.
Many weeks ago i did say i would give him a year on VH but the rate things are going could be sooner.
They are just wasting their life on here now and time is fast running out for them i would say.
As you say what could he do outside this environment is a very good question.
Staying here is just a path of self destruction in my view but then what the hell do i know 
Suppose it will all play out one way or the other.
There is of course the slightest chance that Henry for example will leave VHTV at one point or another, even though that likelihood is rather small at least for now. Given his overall position after all. I suppose. 
What do we “win” if he leaves?

Henry is VHTV, no one has stayed for six years. He’s either part of the site or a close friend of the CEO.

I also think your summary is very good. He could just focus on managing his kingdoms. To then find reasonably good people. Who bring more action again. Without him having to get involved himself.
However, I think that in the end it’s all about making money. Because where else is he supposed to earn his money at the moment?

Hopefully Henry will “get lucky” with at least one of them. But he surely won`t get into everyones pants. I think.
