This goes to Jabbath for some help. I think what Grayce means here is that Henry can calmly and easily donate some of his money to his realm ladies including Trisha. He can absolutely do so without suffering too much himself anyway. Hope it helps.

i believe that is out of choice , over the last 12 months she as become subconsious about her weight , when she was in her last appartment she was forever weighing herself , ,i havent seen any scales in this appartment but bet your bottom dollar theres one in the bathroom or the hidden room for sure
