since friday they have been offline again and again, then briefly online, then offline again due to technical problems. then yesterday henry packed a router and some cables and tried to solve the problem, then it went online again and then out of the blue offline again. and since then it has been over 24 hours that the flat has been offline. and the support also says it is a technical problem
Currently, Realm is offline for technical reasons and it is not known when it will return online.
