I guess for financial reasons they changed their large apartment for this small room.
Could be…the 2 of them have been at Henry’s a few times at the same time. I don’t know if they arrive and depart at the same time. But even if they do it may be because he picks her up and drops her off. We may find out at some point, and them again we may not. The speculation that goes on at VHTV can be off the wall! 
I have read that because of what is “going on” the cost of living is rising exponentially there. So this may be the reason for a smaller place and I’m guessing a lower rent.
