Well 4th time is the charm ![]()
And this certainly is not the first noise related relocation, though the noise source is different.
I hope that in the next apartment there will be noise barriers so that they can party properly!

It will probably depend on when the next building was constructed!
It heavily depends on the building. Stalin-era buildings usually have very thick walls and are much more quiet than modern economy-class buildings. With modern glazing and proper door insulation they are awsome in terms of sound. Buildings of 60s-70s usually have poor sound insulation. Buildings of the 80s vary, some are excellent, some are average. Modern glazing is a must in any case if you want to isolate yourself from street sounds.
High-rise buildings of Stalin era have excellent sound insulation qualities.
Any news girls we

Patience is a virtue. It is only 5 days since they went off line. We donāt know if they are looking for an apartment that was close to the last apartment they were in. Or relocating back to where they left to move the last time.
I imagine the manager will be proactive as both Harmony and the manager will be losing revenue due to this unforeseen relocation.
If the manager needs tips on how to do a relocation smoothly he might consult with tonks manager as he is the master he might charge a small consultation fee but thatās to be expected after all were not communists

There is a big difference between a planned and prepared relocation and a f___ed one. Tonk made the announcement with more than a month before the actual move.
should have left them where they were they were doing just fine itās been a total cluster fuck and the point still stands tonks guy sorted out two apartments in a matter of hours while a huge chunk of the apartments are on relocation for months at a a time personaly i have bought propertyās and had the keyās in my hand in less than a month
I believe that you donāt understand what i was saying. There is no comparison between the two relocations, Tonk didnāt needed to move from the old apartment, so he could prepare the new one for more than a month while still being online in the old apartment. Even further, that apartment stayed online with new participants, so the cams didnāt needed to be moved. On the other hand, the girls needed to move then, they couldnāt stay in that apartment while a new one was prepared.
I do think that Harmony has been put in a very awkward position regarding this ill fated apartment. Yes it is very frustrating for all concerned. I donāt know if you read Philippaās thread but she stated during her relocation that it was difficult to find an affordable apartment. I do appreciate that we donāt know their locations but the rental market is probably similar. I am sure that Harmony is experiencing similar problems.
If anyone has a positive update please advise. Cheers
If im not mistaken tonk was getting s__t off his landlord thatās why he moved
He said he could no longer have parties with lots of guests and noise in that apartment. Nothing else.
He went off line for 2 weeks because of landlord problems thatās when he announced he was moveing ![]()
I am not sure that the reasons stated for apartments being offline are always accurate ![]()

very good point
My life is missing its Harmony but, we all must remember it is not just finding a new place, there is also the negotiations that must be completed,
And then the camera setup that is also needed. I am sure that She and Helli will get back to us as soon as they can!
Another thought, that came to me, How much control does Harmony have in the choice of apartment?
No, he got in trouble cause Alexander and that dude started fighting, they been having parties there close to a year. Violence is zero tolerance on VHTV, for the renters aswell as the manager, thatās why Tonkās old house now has new people who are abit more āpassiveā then Alexander
That all depends on the Manager. There is no hard and fast rule regarding the decision making process. I hope this helps you.
