I believe the landlord visited the premises three days ago. During the visit Harmony suggested afterwards that a complaint had been made about the noise levels coming from the apartment next evening Harmony again hosted friends in the apartment. The following evening (yesterday) There was an electrical outage in the apartment. Then today the realm was taken off line for relocation.
