If everything is so obvious to you - why are you watching them? Donât look at an apartment that you donât like if everyone does the same - they wonât get their weekly income and leave, and others will probably come in their place. they will be better.

My understanding is, that the tenants are free to do whatever they like. And thatâs good and will hopefully never change. There is no such rule, that doesnât allow such (to you) boring parties. If they make their income with that, they will stay. And thatâs perfectly ok. As far as i am aware, there are no rules, that they have to have orgies, sex parties or whatever. And if such a rule would be implemented i would probably cancel my subscription.
I will never understand why people are constantly complaining about (as i feel) close to everything, that happens or does not happen. Just donât watch what you donât like and if enough people do the same, the apartments will probably have to leave. If they can stay there seem to be enough others who like what they are doing (or watching it to find something to complain about). If there is nothing you like, cancel your subscription.
If you are looking for non vanilla action you probably better watch one of the 7+ apartments, chances are higher that you get what you are looking for there. But, you probably know this.
