In response to the OP’s question, my guess is that an extended network of relatives and family take care of or even adopt the babies. At least I hope so. My great-grandparents came from Eastern Europe, and they had a very extensive family network that took care of c___dren whose parents were absent due to work emigration, poverty, and even war. Many of my great aunts and uncles and even some of their own c___dren were raised by other family members in the absence of their parents, so I’m assuming the same sort of culture exists among VHTV participants, as most of them are in that same general area of the world. :thinking:
