I got home at 1.30 am and Gevorg was just heading out – perhaps to go shopping at the supermarket; I wonder if things are cheaper at night

He was or should I say his name was on this apartment before and then all of a sudden he decided to leave so I bring him back because I hate to say it, but this apartment has been so boo👻ring for a long time now

What’s the point in giving it to Gevorg? He does nothing and he’s never there. He’s turned into a right disappointment considering how he started on the site.

probably Henry had already paid rent in advance on the property and was easier to sublet it to Gevorg at a discount and an agreement for the cameras to remain thus recouperating some of the rent from both angles :ie gevorg and vhtv , and when Henry finds another person to take over the appartment it will be a case of gevorg back to couch surfing and the new person to settle in without out a break in transmission

Yeah I think that he is some kind of “placeholder” until Henry finds somebody. Maybe Julia will move in again

She spends more time with Gevorg than Fenrir these days. By the way, it looks like Masha has been moved out and a dog has moved in here!

Wer sollte denn freiwillig in der Wohnung wohnen wollen, das ist kein Reich sondern bestenfalls eine Absteige, zeitweise häte ich es eher als C.R.A.C.K. Bude bezeichnet.
Sofa völlig durchgessen, Wohnzimmer und Küche teilen sich einen Tisch (je nach bedarf), Dusche besteht aus einem Schlauch, die Matrtze past nicht zum Bett und Kleiderschrank, fehlanzeige.Evelyn hatte ihre Kleidung in der Schrankwand verstaut.
Wenn da noch mal jemand einziehen soll der nicht völlig “verzweifelt” ist, sollte Henry mal Geld ausgeben um diese Absteige wieder in ein Reich zu verwandeln.

From what I understand, she’s been around for a while.
But I didn’t find her in wiki.
Do we know if it’s not Henry’s property?? 
And then he’d rather give it to “someone” instead of letting it empty, especially since the equipment is already set up.
And, … I think the place hasn’t been as clean as with Gevorg for ages. JMO

its been live for almost 6 years now , so could possibly be owned by henry , and the reason why he moved out is because he needed somewhere with more room , although i dont know for sure , just my thoughts , but i think Geovorg is an ideal candidate to house sit till someone else gets instated , but i really dont think henry is in the right frame of mind sinse mira left to take on any new tennants , my guess he is just going to let friends use it as a halfway house.
