I have reason to believe that it is not actually an entirely authentic picture. The shape of the very middle bit looks too anatomical (yes I know what it’s meant to represent, which is why you posted it) and the stars on the bottom right are rather oddly placed.
As someone who uses Photoshop, I know how this kind of thing would be done and it just looks a bit ‘off’ to me.
