Just explain to me so I can understand how a tenant makes money if their apartment goes offline for a long period of time? I recall only donations, or perhaps an arrangement between him and whoever he is visiting?

By that logic, how is it possible to be in a “Xavier&Fox” project and not be present in it, and be in your friends’ project? So, does that mean you get paid from both places? Or you don’t get paid at all!
For me personally, what Xavier has done is ideal. He knew that he would have to close his apartment for a long time and go off to sort out his private affairs. Even if it was not because of the “empty” apartment, the idea is not bad from the point of view of Xavier alone in the apartment. I would do the same.
He called a person he knows who is familiar with the workings of the VHTV system. And she is not exactly shy. The two of them alone will be able to confirm or deny my view that there was a business arrangement between them, at least from what we have seen of their interactions.
It’s working and I’m willing to bet that Fox will stay.

Anyway, I can say that he brought a beautiful woman into the apartment. She is not only beautiful, she is hardworking, clean, and not shy.
That is what matters most to me.
The only thing that surprises me is, if she really is his ex-girlfriend, why is she his ex-girlfriend? She looks like wife material to me. Her smile is h___otic, contagious.

They had sex twice. The first time was after Harmony had sex and Xavier I think wanted to prove something.
The second time was when he came back one day for a short visit.
I know first-hand that they have known each other since before. Before Harmony.
