That’s a crazy rule I’ve never understood but It’s so Typical of F1 to punish teams for being successful
There must be an exception to that rule when it comes to Ferrari?
That record with most wins in a season 19. I am pretty sure that will never be beaten. 
Max said that as Formula 1 is developing, there might be 30 races in 2030, so then there will be someone who might win more than 19 races
That is of course an option. If and when the amount of races is expanded. Then there will be more possibilities.

I remember actually back at the San Marino GP at Imola in 2000. Then Hakkinen was complaining about traffic when Michael Schumacher won the race. He said like: Then I had traffic. They did not let me to overtake so easily so I lost maybe two to three seconds because of that. That is not an excuse or anything. So those problems are not new.
