Until that point, when Masi decided to give Max the title by not letting all the cars to overlap themselves and taking the safety car out without another lap like the rules were stating very clearly
Are you sure? 2021? Between Lewis and Max? Silverstone was the turning point for Lewis
Max was 33 points ahead at silverstone, Lewis punts him of the track and reduces the gap to 8
In the end as stated before they ultimately did not change Masis decision or overrule him or change the outcome, so everything stands as legal.

from what i heard they will open the track after free practice, and after qualifying for normal traffic? and close it the next day again before the race, so there might be a lot of dirt
Yeah the track will be open to the public between sessions, as far as I’m aware you won’t be able to drive on it but you will be able to walk across at dedicated sections
