Well. Never complained about anything, that bloke. I have to give him that.

Maybe Lando will knock Max out of the last race. That way, neither of them will be able to continue. And Oscar will win. And Oscar will be world champion…!
That would be typical of McLaren.

Toto, won’t let sleeping dogs lie. He still hates Max for winning that championship in 2021. Even though it wasn’t entirely his fault, that Hamilton lost the crown.

"He is not going to get us…

He ran wide in turn 9 and put him off line in 10 and the car oversteered

So most likely issue with worn tires?

Don’t even think that, that brings back too many memories of Senna & Prost, and they kept on knocking each other off track.

Toto is Toto. Undoubtedly. :face_blowing_a_kiss:

Yes seems like that could be the issue

Is Toto actually staying on at Mercedes? I thought I heard that he was going to quit.

Won`t surprise me if he will quit eventually. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

there are no conspiracies in F1 , just human error , bad decisions made in the heat of the moment where time is measured in milli seconds , im a MACLAREN follower , but i still believe the winner of title this year will win it on merit , who ever that may be

You’re right, it’s always milliseconds when a team has to make a decision.
Unfortunately, today it was the wrong one for McLaren.
It’s for the first three drivers who still have a chance to win the title.
Now we have a great finale next week.
And in this highly technical sport, a lot can still go wrong. For everyone.

He’s sold 15% of his stake in Mercedes. So we’ll see what happens during the closed season.

Exactly, as I’ve said before. McLaren thought they had it all sewn up by the Summer break, but look at the mega comeback from Max & Red Bull.

It’s now down to the final race, to see who comes out on top.

Is there actually something called an open sales window? Like in football? :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Not too sure, but I do know most of the time, as contracts come up for renewal. Then you start hearing rumours about who’s going where, Unlike the 2 Red Bull teams. As they can shuffle their 2nd drivers around like pawns on a chessboard. Take Lawson and Tsunoda as an example.

I think most of 2026 reshuffles are more of less complete now.

Who is going where is called Silly Season. If I am not wrong. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

You’re not wrong there. I think it got it’s nickname for the amount of money the teams would spend to get the best drivers. I think Hamilton is getting something like £40M for driving for Ferrari.
